Villa – Fuseta, Olhão

About the project

Renovation and extension of a villa in the picturesque village of Fuseta, Olhão, aimed at renewing and optimising the existing spaces to create a harmonious, relaxing and practical living environment. The project included demolition of interior partitions and full redistribution of spaces, updated electrical circuits, water supply, drainage and stormwater networks, installation of climate control with AC and VMC, full bathroom rehabilitation, custom kitchen with appliance installation, creation of a metal-structure patio with views over the village, and a rooftop terrace with barbecue area.
