About the project

Full renovation of a T4 Duplex apartment in the Gaivota Building, Quarteira, focused on modernising the spaces and increasing the property's value. The project transformed the entire home into a contemporary, functional and welcoming space through interior redistribution into an open-plan layout, new plumbing and electrical installation, full replacement of floor and wall finishes, complete renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms with custom furniture, new double-glazed window frames, and full repainting in light tones to maximise natural light. A project designed to enhance quality of life and market value, in keeping with the coastal character of Quarteira.
