About the project

Full rehabilitation and renovation of a villa in Alvalade, Lisbon, aimed at bringing the property up to contemporary standards of comfort, functionality and efficiency. The project respected the home's original character while introducing modern design elements and updated technical solutions: open-plan social area integrating lounge, dining room and kitchen, complete replacement of electrical and plumbing systems, contemporary ceramic flooring and soft-toned painting, full renovation of bathrooms with modern fittings, new aluminium double-glazed window frames, fully remodelled kitchen with integrated appliances, and refurbishment of private spaces.
