About the project

Deep renovation of a villa in Monte de Farrobo, São Brás de Alportel, including a loft extension. The project preserves the local architectural character while fully modernising the home into a contemporary, comfortable and efficient space. Work includes full reconfiguration of interior spaces, structural rehabilitation and extension, thermal and acoustic insulation of walls and ceilings, installation of aluminium window frames with thermal break and double glazing, bathroom finishes, and restoration of the exterior façade maintaining its original lines.
